Wizards District Gaming revealed its court via social media on Monday afternoon, receiving praise for the design.

ESPN’s NBA columnist Zach Lowe called the design of the court “wonderful,” in an article reviewing all 17 of the league’s home courts. “The center-court logo, with the three stars from the District of Columbia flag, really pops without dominating the landscape,” Lowe added. “The best touch: the giant star “underneath” the court, with its five red points sticking out along the baseline and sidelines. That is a bold stroke that came off well.”
Jeff Eisenband, a senior editor for ThePostGame.com, called it one of his favorite courts on Twitter.
My immediate reaction on best @NBA2KLeague court designs:
1. @WizardsDG (love that red, white & blue pop)
2. @blazer5gaming (love the brightness with the diagonal floor)
3. @CLTXGaming (feels classic with #Celtics tradition)
4. @KnicksGaming (Call me a homer, but this is fresh) pic.twitter.com/f0k6vjeJsm— Jeff Eisenband (@JeffEisenband) April 30, 2018
The court will be in use for the first time Wednesday evening during the NBA 2K League’s Tip-Off Tournament.
